On the left side of the screen, click the Reports tab to access the Reports Page which allows teachers to select a Class Report or Student Report within an individual class.
Once you’ve selected a class report, you will see the Class Averages Graph at the top and the Detailed Report underneath.
The Class Averages Graph displays the average score across all students on each assignment (blue line) as well as the student completion rate (orange line) for each assignment. Click the line labels in the top right corner of the Class Averages graph to add or remove either line on the graph. Hover over the dots on the graph to see the title of the specific assignment represented.
Click the ‘up’ arrow symbol if you would like to hide the Class Averages Graph and display only the Detailed Report.
Below is a breakdown of the components of the Detailed report.
a. The Average column shows each students average score across all assignments in the class.
b. To the right of the Average column are the Individual Assignment columns. Each Assignment Column header includes the date the assignment was assigned and the average score across all students on the assignment. Below the header are each student’s average score on that assignment. Click any assignment header to access the Assignment Report data for that assignment.
c. Each row in the Detailed Report represents data for an individual student within the class.
d. The Legend shows what each symbol means within the Detailed Report.
e. The Date Filter allows teachers to view Detailed Report data within a chosen date range. Note: the default range is the entire, current school year.
f. The Show/Hide Dropdown Menu allows teachers to select the specific information they want shown or hidden within the Detailed Report.
g. The Triple Dot allows teachers to download the Detailed Report as a .csv file.
h. The Completion Rate column shows the average completion rate for each student.
i. (see below) The last row of the Detailed Report shows Class Average Completion rates for each assignment as well as the Average Completion rate for all class assignments.
*Note: Skillbuilders are currently not included in the Class Report.

Use the Select Student dropdown to choose the individual student for which you’d like to see data.
You can also access the Student Progress Report for any student by clicking their name in the Detailed Report section of a Class Report.
