Allishah evaluates and measures platform benchmarks and outcomes; uses quantitative and qualitative data to improve teacher/student user experiences; and engages in design thinking in order to create replicable systems that can be streamlined and scaled to broaden platform reach. She aims to ensure the ASSISTments platform is user friendly, addresses inequities, and consistently results in high quality instruction for ALL students.
I will always be an educator and student advocate at heart - I am motivated by the deep questions that help us gain a greater understanding of the widening opportunity gap for BIPOC, low income and marginalized students.
