Wen-Chiang Ivan Lim

Ever since Ivan started teaching, he has always been keen on the application of data science, extracting insights for enhancing educational outcomes. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Data Science in WPI. Specifically, he focuses on the growing prevalence of online learning platforms within the educational sector. His research aims to analyze teachers' digital pedagogy, utilizing digital footprints or log files from these platforms, to understand their impact on student learning outcomes. Additionally, he is exploring the potential of large language models and their efficacy in supporting teachers and students to further improve educational results.
