Create an Account with a Different LMS

For Schools and Districts, ASSISTments can support the following Learning Management Systems (LMS) via Edlink:

  • Schoology
  • MS-365
  • Brightspace by D2L
  • Moodle
  • Blackboard

Before you can log into ASSISTments using your LMS login credential, you will first need the tech administrator for your school or district to set up an integration with ASSISTments.  To start that process, have your tech administrator complete this form so that a member of our team can help them set up the integration.

Once the ASSISTments integration with your LMS is active for your school, you will be able to log in!

The below screenshots is a walkthrough for a Schoology integration. As a note, the process is the same if using a different LMS with Edlink.

1. Go to ASSISTments.org and click ‘Sign-Up’ in the top right corner.

2. Click ‘All other LMS’

3. Enter the email address you use with your Schoology Account.

4. Click the option for your school to proceed with the login process.

5. You will now be prompted to log in using your Schoology login credential.

6. The first time you log in, you will also be prompted to authorize the connection with Schoology.

7. Once you’ve authorized the connection, you will be prompted to ‘Create a new account’ in ASSISTments.  Click the ‘Create a new account’ button to finish the log-in process.

8. Once you’re logged into ASSISTments for the first time, you will be prompted share your role and choose the appropriate option for grade and curriculum. If you do not know or have your grade and curriculum information, click ‘Continue.' Next you will be prompted to find your school. If your school is not listed or your are not affiliated with a school, you can select the option, "I'm not affiliated with a school or School not listed" to enter your ASSISTments account.

9. You will now be logged into your ASSISTments account!  Click your name in the top right corner, click ‘Import/Sync’, then ‘Import’ to choose and import the classes you would like to assign to.
