The Student Experience with Student Choice Ordered Assignments

Student Choice is an Assign-Time Option that allows students to view all problems at once and individually select the order in which they complete them.

Students can scroll through the problems to view them before selecting which problem they’d like to complete.  Note:  Once a student chooses a problem, they must complete it before being able to choose another.

Here is what your students will see when they enter a problem set you’ve assigned with Student Choice ordering:

Once your student selects a problem, they will enter the Student View where they will see the individual problem they selected.

‍

They will now be able to input their answers and receive feedback as normal.

‍

Students will be able to choose the next problem they want to attempt on the side. Note: They see “Symbols of Success” next  to problems they’ve already completed. They are also able to go back to previous problem they’ve already completed.
