Caitlin collaborates with and provides support for The ASSISTments Foundation's Maryland partner districts, schools and teachers. Prior to joining ASSISTments, Caitlin spent over a decade in Baltimore County Public Schools, where she spent time as a classroom teacher, school-based instructional coach, and district level professional developer and coach. Caitlin is an adjunct professor at a Maryland community college, a certified coach, a mindfulness facilitator, and is passionate about supporting teachers in a variety of ways. She is driven by her core values of service, growth, and connection.
In Maryland classrooms, fifty-five teachers are leveraging ASSISTments to enhance math instruction for nearly 3,000 students. As part of the fully funded ASSISTments for Maryland Middle Schools Initiative, made possible by the Maryland Partnership for Proven Programs, this effort expands access to evidence-based interventions that improve student outcomes.
